Veenapriyalakshmi was a panellist in a discussion on Retaining young talents, organized by the Young Professionals Network in Cordence Worldwide Festival 2022. She gave her insights on what companies can do to retain young talents using CLEAN approach (Clarity, Learning, Exposure, Acknowledgment). She also talked about the various initiatives Avalon has undertaken for their young talents.
