Pinnacle Consulting has been established by Sheikh Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Harthy, a visionary CEO and strategic leader with nearly three decades of experience in transforming organizations, driving national development, and delivering sustainable value. Prior to setting up Pinnacle Consulting AVS partnering with Avalon Consulting, he has held key executive roles, including CEO of Oman Food Investment Holding Company (Nitaj), where he led a $1.2 billion portfolio restructuring, and Chief Strategy Officer at be’ah, where he pioneered Oman’s circular economy framework and waste-to-energy initiatives. Mohammed is recognized for his expertise in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, ESG integration, and public-private partnerships, consistently aligning business strategy with Oman Vision 2040. He served on several boards, including as former Chairman of Mazoon Dairy Company, and as Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic in Oman.
